I am completely new to the PC world. Console OG from the 80's. I came into some money and wanted to upgrade from the PS5. I went to many different custom PC websites. Configured many different builds before deciding on the one I ordered from XOTIC. Before taxes it was like $20 under $3K. It runs Fortnite at 180fps EASY and can do better but I cap it. The PC overall looks great and the way that I ordered. I have a few complaints but nothing that was a deal breaker. First, the order tracker does not work as intended. It will not move past the "Ordered" phase of the process. But CS was amazing and did not care that I called every other day and checked in lol. 2nd cable management in the back is not great lol but I don't have to look at that. Lastly, I ordered a RGB LED strip. The power cord was left loose, and I had to route it myself to hide it. There is one thing that I will comment on, but I am not sure that I am 100% correct. But my GPU doesn't seem to have a bracket attached and I know that it came with one. There is only a SLIGHT GPU sag, so I built a LEGO tower to help. Overall, I am happy and hope that XOTIC strives to be excellent!

Great Build

I went with a mid-tier build that feels like top-tier! The case is a full ATX, so I can upgrade mobo if I need to. It’s very well ventilated and I appreciate the dimensions, which fit nicely in my desk. I personally don’t need the clear side but it does add a nice aesthetic to the room. Overall I would totally recommend this system!

Great PC

I love my new PC, it’s gotten a lot of comments just on appearance alone. I’ve never played with a more balanced system before. It’s quiet and never has any hiccups. I recommend XoticPC all the time, when chatting about gaming with friends. This PC is breathing new life into my lack of a life.
